I joined admgroup in 2021 as a Cloud Architect, marking the beginning of a dynamic journey. The year was packed with diverse challenges, primarily focused on migrating our on-premises infrastructure to the Microsoft Azure cloud while ensuring robust security measures.

My responsibilities encompassed a wide range of tasks, including implementing various Microsoft technologies to fortify our environments. This entailed deploying the entire Microsoft Defender suite, incorporating Defender Hybrid, ASR rules, comprehensive monitoring, conditional access rules, MFA, risk policies, and password policies, among others. Additionally, we undertook the rigorous process of attaining ISO 27000K certification.

A significant milestone was the successful implementation of Microsoft Intune for over 1,500 devices, streamlining device management processes. I also spearheaded the migration of legacy applications to Azure enterprise apps, facilitating seamless single sign-on experiences.

Amidst these endeavors, I orchestrated the migration of SQL servers and IIS, vital components of our infrastructure. Furthermore, I led multiple acquisitions of various companies throughout the year, orchestrating seamless integrations encompassing identity, Office 365, Google Suite, devices, apps, and servers.

Recognizing my contributions and expertise, I was honored with a promotion to IT Cloud Tech Lead. This elevation in role brought forth heightened responsibilities and an expanded project portfolio. From overseeing migrations to enhancing security measures and optimizing service availability, my focus intensified on ensuring operational excellence.

Noteworthy projects included deploying multiple AKS servers across different regions and introducing Azure DevOps to streamline our development workflows. Additionally, I took on the role of mentorship, providing internal training to colleagues and guiding them as their leader.
